FragranceFinder is a recommendation and comparison platform — we do not sell the products listed on the site directly. Every purchase is completed on the partner merchant's website (Comas, or any other affiliated retailer shown on the product page), which applies its own return policy.

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, any purchase made remotely within the European Union benefits from a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the product is received.

Return method: returns are made by postal shipment.

Return shipping costs: return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the partner merchant states otherwise.

Restocking fees: no restocking fees are applied.

Refund timeframe: the refund is generally processed within 7 days of the partner merchant receiving the return.
