Who is behind FragranceFinder?
I’m Aurélian Veyre, and I work in the world of perfumery raw materials. My day-to-day is analysing what a fragrance is made of: the essences, the molecules, the way a note is built.
I created FragranceFinder because choosing a fragrance online is still a gamble. Marketing descriptions all sound alike, and reviews contradict each other. I wanted a tool that starts from what really matters: the notes declared by the houses, checked one by one.
Our method
- Olfactive pyramids come from identified sources and are checked by hand.
- Recommendations are based on olfactive composition, never on commission.
- Some links are affiliate links: if you buy through the site, we earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. It influences neither the choice nor the order of the fragrances we suggest.
